Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to lead the patient experience from exam through treatment. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

A generous sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 accompanies a robust benefits package and active opportunities for continuing education. Qualifications include a DDS/DMD, current state license, Hepatitis B vaccination, malpractice insurance, and BLS/CPR certs.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standards of care and ethics.
• Keep up with new developments and continuing education.
