Job summary

42North Dental in the United States is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our patient-centered practice. You will lead clinical care from examination to treatment planning and delivery, with opportunities to utilize in-office specialty services.

The ideal candidate holds a DDS/DMD, current state license, and BLS/CPR certification, with a commitment to exceptional patient care and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current license to practice dentistry in the relevant state.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues
• Maintain the highest standard of care for all patients
• Maintain high ethics and professionalism
• Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education

Education

DMD or DDS degree

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
