42North Dental in the United States is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to deliver the complete patient experience from exam to treatment. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The role offers a generous sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and strong earning potential, with opportunities for education and mentorship. We require a DMD/DDS and an active license; BLS/CPR certification and malpractice insurance are preferred.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documentation.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices and standard of care through continuing education.
