42North Dental in Hollidaysburg, PA is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to oversee the patient experience from exam to treatment. In-house services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from CODA-accredited program.
• Active state license to practice dentistry.
• Proof of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality of care and ethics.
