42North Dental is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist in Pennsylvania. The role focuses on the entire clinical patient experience from exam and treatment planning to delivery of care, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

A sign-on bonus up to $20,000 is available. Benefits include medical/vision, malpractice reimbursement, 401k, CE through work at no cost, mentorship, and equity opportunities, with unlimited earning potential.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program is required.
• Current state license to practice dentistry is required.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination is required.
• Proof of malpractice insurance is required.
• Current BLS or CPR certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review and maintain patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care and ethics.
