Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Full-time Associate Dentist to join our patient‑centered team in the United States. You will manage the entire patient experience from exam to treatment, with in‑office specialty support and a focus on prevention and education.

Annual compensation ranges from $150,000 to $250,000 USD, with a sign-on bonus up to $20,000, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for continuing education and professional growth in a collaborative practice.

Qualifications

• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x‑rays and diagnostic tests.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality of care and professional ethics.
• Stay current with new developments and continuing education.
