Job summary
42North Dental in Pennsylvania seeks a full-time Associate Dentist to provide comprehensive patient care from exam to treatment and to participate in in-office specialties such as periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.
Eligible candidates possess a DMD or DDS, active state license, Hepatitis B vaccination, malpractice coverage, and BLS/CPR certification. Benefits include medical, vision, 401K, CE opportunities, mentorship, equity potential, and unlimited earning potential.
Qualifications
- DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
- Current state license to practice dentistry.
- Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
- Proof of malpractice insurance.
- Current BLS or CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Promote oral health and disease prevention.
- Diagnose oral diseases.
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
- Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
- Review treatment plan options with patients.
- Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
- Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
- Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
- Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
- Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
