42North Dental is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist in a thriving practice. You will lead the patient experience from exam through delivery of care, with in-office services spanning general dentistry, endodontics, periodontics, and orthodontics where applicable.

The role offers a $150,000 to $250,000 annual compensation range with an up‑to $20,000 sign-on bonus and robust benefits including medical, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifikationen

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Aufgaben

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain highest ethics and professionalism.
• Stay current with developments, technologies, and standards of care.
