Job summary

Family Dental Associates in Rutland, VT seeks a compassionate Associate Dentist to provide comprehensive general, cosmetic and restorative care in a modern, fully digital practice. You will diagnose, educate and plan treatment while collaborating with a skilled team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

The role offers a competitive compensation package with a strong daily base, production-based incentives, up to a $50,000 sign-on bonus, and extensive mentorship through SDM’s network.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active state dental license and DEA registration (as required).
• GPR or AEGD preferred.
• 3–5 years of proven proficiency in general dentistry, cosmetic and restorative procedures.
• Endodontic, surgical and cosmetic dentistry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive general, cosmetic and restorative dental care with a focus on patient comfort, education and outcomes.
• Perform thorough examinations, diagnose conditions and create clear patient-centered treatment plans.
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants and operational partners for seamless, high-quality care.
• Leverage digital tools such as digital x-rays, CBCT and iTero to support accurate diagnosis and patient communication.
• Engage in continuing professional development through SDM’s clinician network and learning resources.
