Job summary

Family Dental Associates in Rutland, VT, part of Select Dental Management, seeks an patient-focused Associate Dentist to join a modern, fully digital practice. This full-time role offers autonomy within private practice, supported by SDM resources, mentorship, and a collaborative team.

You’ll deliver comprehensive general, cosmetic and restorative care, use digital x-rays, CBCT and iTero, participate in ongoing learning, and contribute to a culture built on trust, teamwork and clinical

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active state dental license and DEA registration.
• GPR or AEGD preferred.
• 3–5 years of general dentistry, cosmetic and restorative work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive general, cosmetic and restorative care with patient comfort.
• Perform thorough examinations and develop patient-centered treatment plans.
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants and operations partners for high-quality care.
• Leverage digital tools like digital x-rays, CBCT and iTero for accurate diagnosis.
• Engage in continuing education through SDM’s clinician network.
• Contribute to a team culture built on respect, integrity and growth.
