Job summary

BGH Dental in Greenfield, MA seeks an Associate Dentist to deliver comprehensive general, cosmetic and restorative care in a modern, fully digital practice. You’ll diagnose, plan treatment, and collaborate with hygienists and staff to ensure exceptional patient outcomes while leveraging digital tools like x-rays, Cerec, and Overjet.

The ideal candidate has a DDS/DMD, 4+ years of clinical experience, an active license, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active state dental license and DEA registration (as required).
• GPR or AEGD preferred.
• Endodontic, surgical and cosmetic dentistry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive general, cosmetic and restorative dental care—with a focus on patient comfort, education and outcomes.
• Perform thorough examinations, diagnose conditions and create clear, patient-centered treatment plans.
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants and operational partners for seamless, high-quality care.
• Engage in continuing professional development through SDM’s clinician network and learning resources.
