Job summary

42 North Dental in Enfield, CT seeks a full-time Dentist to manage the complete patient experience from exam to care delivery, including in-office specialty services such as periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics.

Annual earnings range $180,000–$250,000 USD with a $15K sign-on bonus. Benefits include medical/vision, 401K, CE opportunities, mentorship, and equity potential.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry (CT).
• CPR/BLS certification and malpractice insurance proof.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and educate patients on options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Provide restorative and surgical dental care as needed.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism.
