Job summary

42 North Dental seeks a full-time General Dentist in Enfield, CT. You will manage the complete patient experience from exam to treatment and collaborate with in-office specialists. Expect a strong patient flow and a role spanning preventive, restorative, and surgical dentistry.

The position offers a sign-on bonus up to $15,000, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for CE sponsorship and mentorship within a nationwide doctor network.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient’s oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients’ medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues in the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care and ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education.
