Job summary

42 North Dental in Russell, Massachusetts, is seeking an Associate Dentist to join a practice built by dentists for dentists. This full-time role features a 4- to 5-day work week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and compensation tied to collections with a sign-on bonus up to $20K.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism.
• Stay current with new developments and continuing education.
