42 North Dental in Leeds, MA is looking for an Associate Dentist to join our full-time practice. You will diagnose, educate patients, and develop treatment plans to improve oral health.

The role emphasizes high standards of care and ethics within a thriving team. We offer an annual rate of $212,842 with a range of $180,000–$250,000, plus sign-on incentives up to $20,000 and a robust benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401K, and continuing education.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license.
• Vaccination documentation (Hepatitis B).
• Malpractice insurance coverage.
• BLS/CPR certification on file.

Responsabilités

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and conditions.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissue.
• Maintain high ethical and professional standards.

Formation

DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the ADA CODA

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Current BLS or CPR certification
