Job summary

Richmond Dental in Richmond, VT is seeking an Associate Dentist for a part-time Friday schedule (8am-3pm). You will deliver comprehensive general, cosmetic and restorative care with a focus on patient comfort and outcomes in a modern, fully digital practice.

You will collaborate with hygienists and assistants, develop patient-centered treatment plans, and engage in ongoing professional development through SDM’s clinician network.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active state dental license and DEA registration (as required).
• GPR or AEGD preferred.
• Proven proficiency in general dentistry, cosmetic and restorative procedures.
• Endodontic, surgical and cosmetic dentistry experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive general, cosmetic and restorative dental care—with a focus on patient comfort, education and outcomes.
• Perform thorough examinations, diagnose conditions and create clear, patient-centered treatment plans.
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants and operational partners for seamless, high-quality care.
