Job summary

Richmond Dental is seeking an Associate Dentist to join our private practice in Richmond, VT. This part-time role offers Friday hours (8am-3pm) with a competitive compensation structure that includes a strong daily guarantee and a percentage of collections.

Qualifications

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Active state dental license and DEA registration (as required).
GPR or AEGD preferred.
Proven proficiency in general dentistry, cosmetic and restorative procedures.
Endodontic, surgical and cosmetic dentistry experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive general, cosmetic and restorative dental care with focus on patient comfort and outcomes.
Perform thorough examinations, diagnose conditions and create patient-centered treatment plans.
Collaborate with hygienists, assistants and operations partners for high-quality care.
