Job summary

Affinity Dental Management’s Dental Health practice in Brattleboro, VT is seeking a General Dentist to join our modern, patient-centered team. You will provide comprehensive general and cosmetic dentistry, work with a skilled staff, and help grow a loyal patient base in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program.
• Vermont dental license, or eligibility to obtain.
• 2+ years of experience preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply.
• Strong clinical skills, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive exams and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver high-quality care across preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and advanced procedures.
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive strategies.
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and front office staff to ensure seamless care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all practice standards.
