Job summary

42 North Dental in the United States is seeking a part-time Dentist to join a practice focused on comprehensive patient care. You will deliver care from initial exam through treatment, including in-office specialty services such as periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The role supports a strong patient flow and collaboration within a doctors network. The Dentist will promote oral health, diagnose diseases, educate patients, and create treatment plans while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelors not required; DDS/DMD degree from ADA CODA-accredited program is mandatory.
• Current state license to practice dentistry must be valid.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance and CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and plan treatment.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and discuss treatment plans with patients.
• Review treatment options with patients and obtain consent.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standard of care and professional ethics.
• Keep current with developments and continuing education.
