42North Dental, founded by dentists, seeks a licensed Doctor of Dentistry (DDS/DMD) to lead patient care across the full clinical experience. The role includes in-office specialties such as periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, with a strong focus on preserving oral health and delivering high-quality treatments.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' dental records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain the highest standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain ethics and professionalism in all interactions.
• Keep abreast of new developments and best practices via continuing education.
