42 North Dental seeks a Dentist to oversee the full clinical patient experience from initial exam and plan to delivery of care. In-office specialties include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics. You will join a practice that welcomes a steady flow of new patients and supports continued education and collaboration among Doctors.

The role emphasizes high-quality care, ethical practice, and staying current with evolving dental technologies to benefit patients and the team.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain ethics and professionalism.
• Keep up with new developments and continuing education.

Education
