Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a dentist to deliver comprehensive dental care including exams, diagnostics, treatment planning, and patient education. You will manage the full patient experience from initial exam to treatment delivery.

The position offers involvement in in-office specialties such as periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, with a collaborative network of doctors supporting ongoing professional growth and education.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry in the applicable state.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x‑rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.

Education

DMD or DDS degree

Current state license to practice dentistry

Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
