Job summary

Lake Dental in Palm Springs, CA, is seeking an associate dentist who practices comprehensive dentistry with a strong interest in endodontics, implants, and surgery. Work alongside experienced clinicians in a mentorship-friendly environment with modern tech including CEREC, CBCT, and digital imaging.

Start at 3 days per week (Fridays required) with potential to move to 4 days in the first year. Competitive compensation, sign-on/relocation bonus up to $40,000, and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program.
• Current, valid state dental license or eligible for licensure.
• Minimum of two years clinical practice experience.
• CPR, DEA, and other state-required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate oral healthcare, developing personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with staff to support a team-oriented environment.
• Uphold policies, protocols, and current professional standards.
• Pursue continuing education opportunities to enhance clinical skills.
