Job summary

AZ Family Dental, a private doctor-owned practice in North Phoenix, is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist. You will work directly with the owner, enjoy mentorship in molar endo, implants, bone grafting, and CEREC, and treat an established PPO/fee-for-service base with new patient flow.

The office features a fully digital setup (CEREC, CBCT, 3D printing) across seven operatories, with a 4-day week, no nights or weekends, and a strong path to ownership if you choose.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD and an active Arizona dental license.
• 2+ years of practice experience, or completion of an AEGD/GPR.
• Kind to patients and teammates. Reliable. Takes pride in the work.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive general dentistry: implants and cosmetic procedures.
• Work alongside hygienists, experienced assistants, and a front office that handles insurance and scheduling.
