Desert Oral Surgery in Palm Springs is seeking an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon for an associate role with a clear pathway to partnership. You will lead the Palm Springs location with support from nearby practices and experienced surgeons.

This is a full-scope surgical opportunity with clinical independence and mentorship. The position offers a competitive base salary plus collections-based compensation, generous signing bonus, relocation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an accredited OMS residency program.
• Board-certified or actively pursuing certification.
• Valid California dental license (or in the process).
