Job summary

42 North Dental, based in Boston, seeks a Dentist to join our team built by dentists for dentists. You will diagnose, educate patients, create treatment plans and provide restorative and preventive care as part of a strong, collaborative network of doctors.

Qualifications

DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
Current state dental license.
Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
Proof of malpractice insurance.
Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Promote oral health and disease prevention.
Diagnose oral diseases.
Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
Review treatment plan options with patients.
Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
Maintain the highest quality standard of care and professionalism.
Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.
