Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a Dentist to lead the patient experience from initial exam through treatment delivery. The practice offers in-office services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, with a strong emphasis on education and collaborative care.

The role includes promoting oral health, diagnosing diseases, and creating comprehensive treatment plans while maintaining high ethical standards and continuous professional development.

Qualifications

• Professional dental license required.
• Vaccination against Hepatitis B must be documented.
• Malpractice insurance coverage required.
• Current BLS or CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plans with patients and discuss options.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain highest quality and ethics in care.
• Keep up-to-date with developments and continue professional education.
