Job summary
42North Dental is seeking a Dentist to lead the clinical patient experience from exam through treatment. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.
You will diagnose and treat patients, develop comprehensive plans, review options, and maintain records with an emphasis on high-quality care and ethics. A supportive network and continuing education opportunities are provided.
Qualifications
- DDS/DMD degree from CODA-accredited program.
- Active state licensure to practice dentistry.
- Hepatitis B vaccination documentation.
- Proof of malpractice insurance.
- BLS/CPR certification current.
Responsibilities
- Promote oral health and disease prevention.
- Diagnose oral diseases and plan treatment options.
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment choices.
- Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
- Review treatment options with patients and update records.
- Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
- Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
- Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
- Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
- Maintain high standards of care and ethics; engage in ongoing education.
