Job summary

42North Dental is hiring a dentist to oversee the full patient experience from exams to treatment delivery. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

You will work in a supported environment with continuing education, mentorship, and opportunities for equity. Annual compensation ranges based on experience and performance, with strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental program accredited by the ADA CODA.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to restore or maintain oral health.
• Review and update patients’ medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissue.
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics.
• Stay updated on new developments and best practices.
