Job summary

AZ Family Dental, a private doctor-owned practice in North Phoenix, is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist. You will work directly with the owner, enjoy mentorship in molar endo, implants, bone grafting, and CEREC, and treat an established PPO/fee-for-service base with new patient flow.

The office features a fully digital setup (CEREC, CBCT, 3D printing) across seven operatories, with a 4-day week, no nights or weekends, and a strong path to ownership if you choose.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD and an active Arizona dental license.
• 2+ years of practice experience, or completion of an AEGD/GPR.

Pay: $220,000 - $340,000 per year

Job description:

Private practice. Not a DSO. Not private equity. A doctor-owned office in North Phoenix with a full-time seat opening up.

AZ Family Dental is a small, dentist-owned group with offices in Phoenix and Glendale. Our Thunderbird Road office is a 7-chair practice with room to grow, and we're looking for a full-time associate who wants to do good dentistry, keep learning, and stay a while.

Why this is different

• You work directly with the owner, a practicing dentist who is in the office with you. No regional manager. No production meetings. No quotas.
• Mentorship that actually happens: molar endo, implant placement, bone grafting, CEREC, clear aligners. If you want to expand your skills, we'll teach you and give you the cases to do it. If you already have them, you'll use them.
• Established PPO and fee-for-service patient base with a steady flow of new patients. You will not be waiting for a schedule to fill.
• 4-day week. No nights. No weekends.

The office

Fully digital: CEREC same-day crowns, CBCT, in-house 3D printing, digital impressions and radiography, SureSmile clear aligners. Seven operatories with space to add more as we grow. You don't need experience with any of it. We'll train you, and most dentists are comfortable within a few months. If you've been working with older equipment, you'll like it here.

Compensation and benefits

• 30% of adjusted production, uncapped
• In-house CEREC crowns and 3D-printed appliances at no lab cost to you
• Outsourced lab is deducted before your percentage, so you never pay more than 30% of a lab bill
• Non-recoverable daily guarantee for your first 90 days while you ramp up

What the day looks like

Comprehensive general dentistry: fixed, removable, endo (including molars; we refer out the crazy ones), extractions, and cosmetic. Implants and surgical cases for those who want them. You'll work alongside hygienists, experienced assistants, and a front office that handles the insurance and the scheduling so you can focus on patients.
