Carefree Dentistry in North Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join an established practice with autonomy and growth potential. Earn $280K–$350K+ annually with a four-day workweek, plus a $17,500 sign-on and relocation package.

Qualifications
- DDS or DMD with an active Arizona license or eligibility to obtain one.
- 3+ years of clinical experience.
- Ability to practice independently with strong comprehensive treatment planning and restorative dentistry skills.
- Excellent patient communication and autonomy.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry with autonomy in an established North Phoenix practice.
- Diagnose, treatment plan, and perform restorative and emergency dentistry as part of a patient-centered team.
- Help grow the practice and participate in potential future ownership opportunities.
