42 North Dental in North Whitehall Township, PA is seeking a part-time Dentist to manage the full clinical patient experience from exams to delivery of care, including in-house perio, endo, oral surgery, and ortho services. The position supports a strong patient flow with exclusive CE opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance and BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues
• Maintain high quality standards of care and ethics
• Keep abreast of new developments via CE
