Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active Alabama Dental License (or ability to obtain)
• 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred (sharp, highly motivated candidates encouraged to apply)
• High efficiency, leadership mindset, strong patient communication, and growth focus

Responsibilities

• Provide general dentistry services in a high-volume, multi-doctor practice.
• Replace a departing doctor and maintain continuity of patient care with the senior partner and clinical team.
• Collaborate with hygienists and assistants to deliver high-quality care, with room to expand into implants, endo, and clear aligners.
