ETS Dental in the Van Buren/Fort Smith area is seeking an Associate Dentist to join a 2-doctor practice. You will step into a retiring doctor’s patient base in a well-established, tech-enhanced setting offering clinical autonomy and strong earning potential.

The role features a strong earning potential with 28%–37% of collections and a clear path to partnership after 1–2 years, plus mentorship and modern digital technology to support growth.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active Arkansas Dental License (or ability to obtain)
• 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred (sharp, motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Leadership mindset with strong patient communication and growth focus

Responsibilities
