Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to join Gentle Dental Rochester in Rochester, NH. You will lead the full clinical patient experience from initial exam to treatment, with in-office specialty support (periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, orthodontics) to ensure comprehensive care.

The position offers earnings in the $150,000–$250,000+ range based on production, plus benefits including medical/vision, malpractice reimbursement, a 401(k), ongoing CE, mentorship, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited dental education program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patients' oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain, and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices, and standards of care through continuing education and professional development.
