Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist for our Gentle Dental Rochester clinic in Rochester, NH. This role oversees the full clinical patient experience from exam to treatment plan, with in-office specialties and a strong patient base.

Expect earnings based on production; compensation includes up to 36% of collections, bonuses, and an unlimited earning potential. Applicants must have a DMD or DDS, current state license, Hep B vaccination, malpractice insurance, and BLS/CPR.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patients' oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain, and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on the teeth, bone, and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices, and standards of care through continuing education and professional development.
