Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist for Gentle Dental Rochester in Rochester, NH. You will oversee the patient journey from examination to care delivery, including in-office specialty collaboration, with a focus on comprehensive dental care.

The position offers significant earnings based on production, plus opportunities for continuing education, mentorship, and an equity pathway within a supportive network of doctors.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry required.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patients' oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain highest ethics and professionalism.
