Job summary

42 North Dental, built by dentists for dentists, invites you to join a full-time associate dentist role in Hollidaysburg, PA. You will oversee the patient experience from exam to delivery of care, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

This position offers 8AM-5PM schedule, a daily guarantee or 36% of collections, and a $20,000 sign-on bonus. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401K, CE opportunities, and Harvard Rounds Network access.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree required.
• Current state license to practice dentistry required.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination required.
• Proof of malpractice insurance required.
• Current BLS or CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism.
• Stay current with developments and continuing education.
