42 North Dental is expanding and seeks a Dentist to deliver comprehensive dental care from evaluation to treatment. The practice features in-office specialties and a high patient flow, with a compensation model tied to collections.

The role offers full-time hours for eligible benefits, including health insurance, 401K, and extensive CE opportunities. Annual earnings range between $150,000 and $250,000, with continuing education through Harvard Rounds Network and access to LifeMart discounts.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and create treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Deliver care across in-office specialties (periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, orthodontics).
• Review treatment plan options with patients and maintain medical/dental records.
• Interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests; monitor growth and development of teeth/jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive care; perform surgical procedures when needed.
• Maintain high quality standards and ethical professionalism; stay updated with new developments.
