42 North Dental is seeking a dentist to lead the patient experience from exam to delivery of care. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Annual rate ranges from $150,000 to $250,000 USD, with potential for earnings up to 36% of collections. The role offers comprehensive benefits, professional development through CE events and Harvard Rounds Network, and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA‑accredited program.
• Current state dental license.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients’ medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standard of care and ethics.
• Stay updated on new developments and continuing education.
