Job summary

42 North Dental seeks a Dentist to join Gentle Dental Rochester in Rochester, NH. The role covers comprehensive general dentistry, from exams and treatment plans to delivery of care in a modern practice with in-office specialty support.

The compensation ranges from $150,000 to $250,000+ USD based on production, with strong upside potential, benefits, and ongoing education opportunities. License and board eligibility required, with mentorship and collaboration through a Doctors network.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain, and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on the teeth, bone, and soft tissues of the oral cavity
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism
• Keep abreast of new developments and standards of care through continuing education
