42North Dental is seeking a Dentist for Gentle Dental Rochester in Rochester, NH. The role involves managing the full clinical patient experience from exam to delivery of care, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, and orthodontics.

The position offers a competitive compensation structure with commissions (up to 36% of collections), bonus opportunities, and strong upside tied to performance. Excellent benefits and ongoing education are provided.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA‑accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices, and standards of care through continuing education.

Formation

DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the ADA CODA
