Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program (ADA).
• Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where care is provided or eligible for licensure.
• Other certifications as required – CPR, DEA, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide dental services to patients with team support.
• Participate in daily huddles and coordinate care with the team.
• Engage with patients of all ages, including children, to deliver quality care.
