Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an CODA-accredited program.
• Current, valid dental license in the states where providing care or eligible for licensure.
• CPR, DEA, etc. certifications as required.
• Nitrous oxide certification (TX) where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide dental services to patients with support of the team and modern equipment.
• Adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, and safety training requirements.
• Engage in continuing education and maintain high standards of patient care.
