Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by CODA.
• Current, valid dental license in states where providing care or eligible for licensure.
• CPR, DEA certifications as required.
• Nitrous Oxide certification (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse patient base including children and adults.
• Participate in mentoring and collaborative practice.
