Job summary
Benevis is seeking 2027 dental student graduates for Associate Dentist roles across Maryland, including Baltimore, Brooklyn Park, District Heights, Hagerstown, Salisbury and Takoma Park. The position provides growth through mentoring, a team-focused culture, and the chance to care for children and adults while contributing to communities.

Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a CODA-accredited program.
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry or eligibility.
- CPR and DEA certifications as required.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (where applicable).
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.
Responsibilities
- Provide dental services with team support.
- Operate using DentaPro software and digital imaging.
- Maintain OSHA/HIPAA training and compliance.
- Coordinate patient flow with hygienists and assistants.
- Serve patients primarily ages 3-21 with up to 30% adults (location-dependent).
