Job summary

42North Dental in Michigan is seeking a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) to lead the patient care experience from initial exam through treatment planning and delivery of care. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The Dentist will promote oral health, diagnose diseases, educate patients on options, and maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism while collaborating with a strong network of doctors

Qualifications

DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
Current state license to practice dentistry.
Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
Proof of malpractice insurance.
Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Promote oral health and disease prevention.
Diagnose oral diseases.
Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
Review and update patient medical and dental records.
Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
