42 North Dental in Michigan seeks a full-time General Dentist in Saginaw, MI. The role offers 1-3 days per week, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a daily guarantee or a percentage of collections up to 36%.

You will provide comprehensive dental care—from exams and treatment planning to delivering care—with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics. Competitive benefits accompany this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest standard of care and ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.
