42 North Dental in Torrington, CT, is seeking a General Dentist for part-time or full-time engagement. The role covers the full clinical patient experience from exam to delivery of care, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.
The position offers 2-5 days per week, 8AM-5PM, and compensation up to 36% of collections. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401K, CE opportunities, and more.
Formación
- DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
- Current state dental license in good standing.
- Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
- Proof of malpractice insurance.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.
Responsabilidades
- Promote oral health and disease prevention.
- Diagnose oral diseases.
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
- Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
- Review treatment plan options with patients.
- Review and maintain patients' medical and dental records.
- Review, interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
- Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
- Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
- Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
