Marietta Dentist · Marietta, GA · Full-time · Wed-Sat, 9 AM-5 PM.
Marietta Dentist is a 100% fee-for-service, out-of-network practice located at a busy intersection in the heart of Marietta. No insurance dictating your treatment plans. No cramming 30 patients into a day to make the math work. You diagnose what the patient needs, present it, and get paid your full fee.
This is an associate position with a real, defined path to ownership, and you'll be mentored directly by the practice owner on both the clinical and business sides of running a successful FFS practice.
Wednesday through Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM. A true 4-day week with a 3-day weekend built in (Sunday-Tuesday).
You'll own the comprehensive side of the practice: new patient exams, preventive and periodontal care (prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, periodontal maintenance), restorative, and prosthetic treatment. You'll provide hygiene care yourself, which means you build a direct relationship with every patient from their first cleaning through their full treatment plan, and every hygiene visit is a treatment-planning opportunity that pays you. The schedule is full, the team is trained on case presentation and in-house patient financing, and the front office handles the admin. Your job is to be an excellent clinician and build long-term relationships with your patients. Complex endo, wisdom teeth, and sedation cases stay with the owner in-house, so you'll see how those are worked up and managed without carrying them yourself.
Where you spend your first two years shapes the dentist you become. Start in a volume PPO or DSO chair and you learn to work fast, diagnose narrow, and treat to what insurance pays. Start here and you learn to diagnose comprehensively, present full treatment with confidence, and build the habits of excellent care from day one. We'd rather train the right person than retrain someone who learned the wrong way.
The track is optional. If you'd rather be a great associate long-term, that's a real role here. But if you want ownership, this is the fastest, lowest-risk way to get there.
